40 Free Easy Trivia Questions for Seniors (With Answers)
Good senior trivia has one rule: everyone in the room should be able to answer most questions. The goal isn't to stump anyone — it's to give every resident, including those with memory loss, the feeling of knowing the answer and saying it out loud with the group. These 40 questions are calibrated for that. Read them aloud, project them in large text, or print this page.

How to run trivia so everyone wins
Read each question slowly, twice. Let the group answer together out loud rather than calling on individuals — chorus answering removes all pressure and doubles the volume of the fun. Celebrate every answer, including the wrong ones and the wonderful off-topic stories that questions about the old days will unlock. If a question lands flat, skip it without comment and move on. And bring more questions than you think you need: a lively group can go through 40 questions in twenty minutes, which is why our own trivia decks are built with 80 or more.
